I had a rare Sunday off — I was assigned to the Saturday evening Mass at my parish — so I was able to sit in my pajamas and enjoy my coffee while watching “Sunday Morning” on CBS. Which means I got to see this terrific piece lead off the program.
It’s rare to see a story about Catholic faith on the network news — let alone, to see it done well. Kudos to correspondent Mo Rocca, producer Mark Hudspeth and company for this story about a powerful new mural that was just unveiled in St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
