I had a rare Sunday morning when I didn’t need to be at my parish, and so of course I spent time catching up with CBS’s “Sunday Morning” — and I can’t believe what I saw.
Commentator Faith Salie started talking about making resolutions for the New Year — and then, surprisingly, she began reflecting on an old holy card she had saved for Our Lady Undoer of Knots.
Really? Yes.
In two minutes, she offered a wonderful message that should resonate with everyone at the start of 2025 — and it may hold particular meaning for us Catholics as we start the year reflecting on Mary, the Mother of God, gazing with gratitude and hope toward a fresh beginning.
I’m so stealing this.
Have a happy, untangled new year!
